Terms of Sale and Use

This website is operated by Neurotots LLC (hereinafter "NeuroTots", "we"). By placing an order, you accept these terms without reservation.

1. Products

NeuroTots offers printable digital educational activities (PDF files) for children ages 3 to 14, as well as a monthly subscription (Brain Games Club). Images are shown for illustration purposes only; no physical product is shipped unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown including applicable taxes, in the currency of your country. Payment is due immediately when you place your order and is made through the secure payment methods offered at checkout.

3. Delivery

Files are delivered by email and/or via a download link as soon as payment is confirmed. See our Shipping Policy.

4. No right of withdrawal

Because these are digital products provided immediately, no order can be canceled once it has been confirmed. By ordering, you request immediate performance and expressly waive your right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). 5. License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive license: you may print the files as many times as needed for family use or for your classroom. Any resale, distribution, online sharing or reproduction for commercial purposes is prohibited. All content remains the property of Neurotots LLC.

6. Liability

The activities are fun, educational materials; they do not constitute a medical or therapeutic diagnosis or treatment. Activities should be done under adult supervision.

For any questions, contact us through our Contact page. Consumers residing in the European Union may also use a consumer mediator or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform free of charge.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the registered office of Neurotots LLC, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence.
