Refund and Cancellation Policy

The products sold on this website by Neurotots LLC are exclusively digital content (PDF files to download and print). They are made available to you immediately after your payment is confirmed.

No cancellation or withdrawal

Due to the digital nature of the products, a confirmed order cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded. In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code and Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, by placing an order you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as performance begins, that is, as soon as the files are made available to you.

Download problem or defective file

If you do not receive your files, if a link does not work or if a file is damaged, contact us through our Contact page and include your order number. We will send you valid access as quickly as possible. If we are unable to provide you with a conforming file, you will be refunded. This legal guarantee of conformity for digital content applies in all cases.

Brain Games Club (monthly subscription)

The subscription can be canceled at any time, free of charge: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made. Months already paid for and delivered are not refunded.
